Churma, a traditional Rajasthani delicacy eaten with Dal & Bati has an identity of its own. This seemingly humble dish can be eaten as a dessert as well has many steps in its preparation to get the desired texture – grinding the wheat flour, frying, re-grinding, refining manually and finally mixing with boora , sugar, ghee and milk.
